Draft:Principality of Kubena

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Principality of Kubena was a historical Russian principality in modern-day Ust-Kubinsky District, southwest of the Kubena River. It was established in 1345, along with the neighboring principalities of Novelenskoye and Zaozyorye, following the division of the Principality of Yaroslavl under Prince Vasili. Kubena later came to be annexed by the Principality of Moscow under Vasily I.[1]
