Robert Le Roy Tuckett (May 1905 – February 7, 1988)[1] was a justice of the Utah Supreme Court from 1966 to 1976.[2]

In June 1966, Governor Cal Rampton appointed Tuckett to a seat on the state supreme court vacated by the death of Justice Lester A. Wade.[3]

Tuckett resigned as of August 31, 1976, in advance of reaching the mandatory retirement age of 72 the following year.[4]
