Robert Patterson Flenniken (March 1802 – YEAR)[1] was a justice of the Supreme Court of the Utah Territory from 1860 to 1861.

Born in Beaver County, Pennsylvania, Flenniken was the son of John Flenniken, who had served on the committee that drafted the Mecklenburg Declaration of Independence, and was a judge in his home county.[1]
