  • Comment: Unfortunately short of WP:GNG in its current state. Fear not! Basically, to satisfy WP:GNG what you need to do is find WP:THREE reviews with WP:SIGCOV from the list of WP:VG/S. The PC Gamer review is one. I can also find one for Nintendo Life. There's some out there from WP:NONENG sources too. Once you've found enough in-depth review coverage and cited it in-article, the page should easily satisfy general notability requirements. Railgrade (stylized as RAILGRADE) is a 2022 puzzle strategy video game developed by Japanese developer Minakata Dynamics. Set in a dystopian sci-fi world, it tasks the player with creating increasingly complex railway networks to deliver raw materials and goods from one place to another. Development started in mid 2019[1] with the first release being as a timed Epic Games Store PC exclusive in September 2022 with a Nintendo Switch release later that month and the game being published on other storefronts such as GOG and Steam in 2023.

The game received "generally favourable" reviews from both critics and players, according to review aggregator Metacritic.[2]

Gameplay[edit]

A majority of the focus of the game is about creating efficient train routes to delivery cargo from one location to another, eventually creating a network to complete the given goal of a level. The core of the game is 50 different levels that gradually introduce new mechanics to the player. After release the game was updated to add a sandbox mode with a tech tree to allow the player to unlock more buildings and mechanics.[3]

Reception[edit]

Overall reception for the game was good, with many praising the puzzle design.[4] Others were disappointed at the lack of an overarching story between levels or an open-ended sandbox mode on release.[5][6]
