Ray Shuhmon is an American Contemporary Artist born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and currently living in Memphis, TN. Ray Shuhmon is a student of Fine Arts at The University of Memphis with a graphic design concentration. Ray Shuhmon is not a "RAPPER" He is a "Contemporary Artist" meaning, his primary art process is graphic design, painting, print production and etc., music is just another art form he picked up along the way of life. Ray Shuhmon began doin music in 2008, then left to go to the United States Army where he served for 1001 days as a service member with one deployment to Afghanistan in 2010-2011. Ray Shuhmon continued with recording music while serving, then discharged with a Honorable Discharge @ Ft. Riley, KS 66442 1st ID 2/34 Armor. Now as a Disabled American Veteran, he gives back to his community by charity, community service, and fellowships with the masses. Ray Shuhmon studies at The University of Memphis in the Fine Arts Program. He has released numerous graphic art work and is currently working at a art studio in Memphis Tn at a discloused location.
