- January 2023 - Rest Less announced the acquisition of "Mirthy," (now rebranded Rest Less Events) a digital platform offering online events, classes, and content aimed at reimagining retirement[8][9]
- April 2023 - Rest Less expanded further by acquiring "Older Is Wiser Media Ltd," an over-50s group encompassing the websites 50connect and olderiswiser that focused on providing content and resources to its audience.[10]
