Richard Hollis Helms (February 21, 1949 - May 13, 2024) was a longtime employee of the US Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and founder of Ntrepid Corporation. He graduated from Fairborn High School in 1968 and American University in 1972.^[1]^[2]
