Roll Club - a chain of Japanese restaurants in Ukraine.

History[edit]

Like most companies that start out without much capital, Roll Club's founders initially did everything on their own. Vilen Danielyan and his two partners are from Chuguev, a small town near Kharkov, so the business started from there.

For the first year, the men lived at work, working seven days a week. Among the services there were only rolls and delivery - one of the entrepreneurs cooked, another delivered orders, the third made leaflets and was responsible for promotion. In the second year, the business grew, so they decided to move it to Kharkov and conquer the then unknown food delivery market in the big city.

The company grew incrementally, without amazing success stories or outside help. From the income, they gradually invested in development and went from small to large - first they created delivery kitchens, then locations appeared in food courts in shopping centers, and only three years ago they opened a restaurant in the style of modern Asia.

Restaurants[edit]

The chain has 6 retail outlets in major cities of Ukraine, namely Kharkov, Kyiv, Lvov, Odessa, Dnepr, Bila Tserkva. The first point of the chain was opened in Kharkov in 2011 and is currently a fast-growing brand in the country. There are also 4 retail outlets in Kharkov and one Roll Club Asia restaurant.[1]

  • 2011 - founded and first delivery point in Kharkov.
  • 2018 - the first great restaurant in Kharkov.
  • 2022 - opening of restaurants in Odessa and Lviv.
  • 2023 - opening of restaurants near Kiev and Dnipro.[2]
