Rosemarie Dumadara Koerner runs her own real estate brokerage, New America Realty, and a loan company, MD International Marketing Group, Inc., in the state of California. She is also a notary public.

EARLY LIFE AND EDUCATION[edit]

Rose is the eldest of three children and grew up in the town of Dipaculao, in Aurora Province, the birthplace of Philippine Commonwealth President Manuel Luis Quezon and a venue of one of the Hollywood movies “Apocalypse Now” directed by Award-winning director Francis Ford Coppola. She graduated from Centro Escolar University as a Bronze Medalist in Extra-Curricular and Co-Curricular Activities. She was an academic scholar throughout, with a degree in Mass Communications, majoring in Broadcasting while working as a tutor and a student assistant.

CAREER[edit]

Right after graduation, she was recruited to work with Probe Productions, Inc., a documentary outfit of GMA-Channel 7. Not long after her stint with the Kapuso Channel, life in America beckoned and she immediately started her migrant life as a waitress at Hamasato Japanese Restaurant and Chumash Casino as a cashier. Aside from being a real estate broker, Rose is also a real estate investor and serves as a liturgical minister in the St. Mary’s Parish at Santa Maria, California, and Jesus Our Risen Savior at Spartanburg, South Carolina. She is likewise actively involved in supporting charitable organizations such as the Filipino Seniors, Filipino-American Communities, Muscular Dystrophy Association, Disabled American Veterans, Shoes for Students, Relay for Life, and Salvation Army to name a few. She extends financial help to some poor but deserving college students in the Philippines. Her MD International Foundation (MDIF) conducts a yearly outreach program in her hometown. MDIF recently did a Feeding Program and gave bibles and rosaries to some of the families in Bayanihan, Maria Aurora, Aurora as well as the Aurora Provincial Jail with a population of 180 inmates. Rose also serves as a Director of Aurora-Inter Organizational Alliance, an organization of migrants from her province of Aurora. She used to serve as an Ambassador of the Chambers of Commerce of Santa Maria Valley. She also served as a secretary of the Filipino-American Association of Santa Maria Valley and Vicinity.

PERSONAL LIFE[edit]

She is the mother of Marie Dumadara, a licensed Realtor, artist, and musician. Rose is married to Conrad Melvin Koerner, a retired United States Air Force Veteran.

AWARDS AND ACCOMPLISHMENT[edit]

Rose won as Miss Dipaculao 1991 and 1992. She joined Miss Aurora in 1993 when she was in high school. She was also a contestant representing the Philippines in the Mrs. Asia-USA held at Redondo Beach, California USA in 2015 where she received the Humanitarian Award. In 2021, Rosemarie Dumadara Koerner, faced an array of 18 equally business-minded and successful women in the Mrs. Philippines-Universe[1]. competition. She represented the Province of Aurora and won the Mrs. Pearl of the Orient 2021 title[2]. Some of the candidates represented Manila, Quezon City, Rizal, Negros Oriental, Davao del Norte, Cavite, Laguna, Valenzuela, Bulacan, Pangasinan, Baguio, Makati, Bicol, Batangas, and Cagayan de Oro. She garnered the most votes in Vantle’s Mrs. Universe-Philippines poll[3] and has been featured in several publications including Ganap International[4], Fashion Art Media[5], and Legacy One Luxury Magazine[6].
