Rustomjee is a Mumbai based real estate company, founded by Boman Irani in 1995. The company was listed as Keystone Realtors on BSE and NSE. The company caters across all segments in luxurious homes and affordable housing.[2][3][4][5][6][7]

History

[edit]

Rustomjee started its journey in the year 1995 when the project residency was launched.[citation needed] This project was later renamed to Rustomjee Residency after the father's name of Boman Irani.[citation needed] Following this, Rustomjee came into existence and Boman Irani became the Chairman and Managing Director of Keystone Realtors Limited, which is also known as the Rustomjee Group.[citation needed] Later, Chandresh Dinesh Mehta and Percy Chowdhry joined the Group as directors.[8][9][10][11] [12]

Maharashtra Chamber of Housing Industry awarded Rustomjee builders the “Best Residential Project” award in the year 2015. The company ventured into premium housing society in the year 2021. In 2022 Rustomjee Uptown Urbania was launched focusing on hospitals, restaurants, banks, ATMs, petrol pumps, and office complexes.[13][14][15]

Projects

[edit]

Rustomjee Group is now focusing on the construction of homes in the range of Rs 1 crore to Rs 7 crore and the redevelopment of old buildings in Mumbai through the transformative projects like Crown, Ashiana, and Seasons.[16][17][18][19][20]
