SALESmanago is a cloud based, martech company, delivering Customer Data and Marketing Automation Platform for eCommerce businesses of all sizes.
Based in Kraków, Poland, but operating internationally, SALESmanago employs over 300 marketing, sales, consulting, data science, and R&D professionals.

Headquartered in Krakow, Poland, SALESmanago was founded by Polish entrepreneurs Grzegorz Błażewicz (CEO) and Konrad Pawlus with aim to offer a comprehensive suite of tools for online retail.[1]
The Company initially built a leading position in the regional marketing automation industry[2] and in 5 years expanded 130 employees globally to serve clients and partners in 40 countries. It has been backed by Rafał Brzoska, founder and CEO of InPost and 3TS Capital Partners[3]
In 2021 the company was acquired by two Private Equities based in the UK, Perwyn and Silver Tree.[4]
In 2022 company generated $21mln revenue and employed over 300 people, supporting more than 2000 customers worldwide.

The company supporting eCommerce with services in five key areas: Customer Management, Campaign Management, Omnichannel Communication, Website personalization and Analytics. The SALESmanago SaaS solution combines a proprietary Customer Data Platform (CDP) with natively integrated omnichannel execution capabilities for first-party data analytics.
This includes Email Marketing and Email Design Studio, Marketing Automation Workflows, Web Push, LiveChat and Personal Shopping Inbox. Platform is natively integrated with key eCommerce systems such as Shopify, Magento, PrestaShop.[5]
Salesmanago deploys AI across the platform by using proprietary AI engine Copernicus as well as deploying ChatGPT and specialized tools based on LLM.
Company has operations across all European countries, the Americas and Asia, supporting mid-sized and large eCommerce companies, including: AmRest, Orbico, Victoria’s Secret, Netia, Oriflame, Electrolux, Toyota and BMW.
