Saadi Corporation Limited also known as SaadiCorp is a financial services firm headquartered in Lahore, Pakistan.[2] The company was founded in late 2019 by Muhammad Salman Saadi, a finance professional. SaadiCorp provides a range of financial services, including auditing, accounting, and taxation, to businesses of varying sizes.[3]
SaadiCorp was founded in 2019 and quickly gained clients that trusted and supported the firm. When the covid-19 hit, SaadiCorp found itself at advantage through those unforeseeable circumstances as that translated into high foreign remittances and high investments in Pakistan that gave more business to the corporation. In 2022 the company reported that it had a total of 29 clients (both public and private entities) with Assets Under Management (AUM) of PKR 47 million. This grew to a total of 39 clients in 2023 with Assets Under Management (AUM) of PKR 88 million. As of now, the company reports that it has more than 40 clients and Assets Under Management (AUM) of more than PKR 100 million.
Half of the corporation's services are to public entities like Clyde and Co., Allied Bank Limited, Nexus Law Firm etc.[4] SaadiCorp operates in four business segments: Accounting, Auditing, Taxation, Asset-Management and Consulting.[5]

SaadiCorp was established in late 2019. Despite the challenges posed by the global events of 2020, SaadiCorp quickly gained a reputation for its dedication to clients and the quality of its services.[6] The company was then dissolved in late 2023 and reincorporated as a public limited company. In late 2023, Naveed Khalid acquired majority shares in the company. This acquisition turned out to be very significant as this is when the company went public and started expanding to other divisions like Research and AI development.[7]

Accounting[edit]
SaadiCorp offers Accounting services to it's clients ensuring accurate and compliant financial statements. In the last quarter of the year 2023, Saadi Corp reported assets under management of more than PKR 100 million which was 37% higher than the last quarter of 2022. Saadi Corp made its clients profits of PKR 12 million in the year of 2023 which was 11% higher than 2022.[8][9]
Taxation[edit]
SaadiCorp offers Taxation services to it's clients streamlining financial operations for businesses. SaadiCorp pays a combined PKR 20 million every year in government taxes to the Federal Board of Revenue. Assisting clients on saving more than a combined PKR 60 million every year.[10][11]
Auditing[edit]
SaadiCorp offers Auditing services to it's clients providing insights and strategies for tax optimization. SaadiCorp does internal audits, statutory audits, or special purpose reviews.[12][13]
Research[edit]
SaadiCorp has a Research Department that uses resources and talent to research for various technologies and development. SaadiCorp is currently developing an Adaptive Investment Advisor (AIA) which is an advanced AI-driven platform designed to revolutionize the way individuals and institutions manage their investments.[14]
Research at SaadiCorp has also partnered with a Hospital; Cancer Care Hospital and Research Centre to help provide with resources and a dedicated team in researching for the timely diagnoses and new and improve methods and treatment procedures for thyroid cancer.[15]

For the fiscal year 2023, SaadiCorp reported an annual revenue of PKR 17.4 million, $65.398 billion, an increase of 9.3% over the previous year.[citation needed] Backlog was 144.0 billion at the end of 2019, up from 130.5 billion at the end of the 2018. As of late 2023, Naveed Khalid holds a 75% ownership stake in SaadiCorp and serves as the Chairman. Muhammad Salman Saadi, the founder, remains the CEO.[16][17]
