Sami Savni Özer (born 1950) is a Turkish Sufi musician and muezzin.
In 1985, he worked with Safer Dal for a long time. Dal is the president of the Foundation for Research and Survival of Turkish Sufi Music and Folklore. He sang in the movie Everything's Gonna Be Great and its songs entitled Fırtınalar with Mazhar Alanson. He accompanied Fahir Atakoğlu in various works.[1]
