Shaheryar Chishty is a Pakistani businessman and son of a high ranking Pakistan naval officer.
Early life and education[edit]
He was born and raised in Karachi to Pakistan Navy office who went on to retire is Admiral. He went to Karachi Grammar School completing his A levels from there before studying economics at Ohio Wesleyan University in the US.[1]
Career[edit]
He started his career as a banker and gained prominence as the owner of Daewoo Express Pakistan and as the CEO of AsiaPak InvestmentsAsiaPak Investments. He started as an associate in KASB Securities and went on to hold senior positions at Citigroup and Nomura International. He came to limelight with his purchase of K-Electric[1] and recently with purchase of BOL Network though his company Asia Pak.[2]
