Far away, the place of struggle of Lord Birsa, village Landup situated at the foothills of the historical Dombari mountain, in his maternal home. Education In childhood, Khunti Board School, sometimes staying at maternal home, in Jojohatu Chodor and Vechagudu villages, matriculation in Khunti High School. Subsequently Inter Roche School (B.A.) B.N. College Patna, Honors Patna Law College. High school teacher left one year after law exam. Advocacy since 1949. Head Examiner of many subjects of Law College, Chotanagpur for many years. AGP for years in Khunti Court.
Literary copies which have been published Kuch Oos, Kuch Angor (Poetry) (in Honors Course of Nagpuri Regional Language) Prabandha Kavya based on Shaheed Birsa[1]... Krantirathi. Asur Kanya Hindi-Nagpuri Drama, Mahadan (Nagpuri Drama). Press. Jwar in Hindi poetry self-written in golden line.

Other achievements Founder Secretary of Birsa college khunti, two members of Khunti High School Active work in the Working Committee for a decade and in the Bhoodan of Vinova Bhave of Ranchi, Khunti[5] for two and a half decades. Vice President of Khunti Notified Area, Advocates Association, many literary institutions and Governer (Jharkhand) shree Ved marwah[6] in the board of directors. Participated in the famous Patna Secretariat procession on the occasion of 1942. Former secretary and a session president during the Khunti years. Contemporary advocacy and literary creation. Shri Shivaji Along with your letter dated 01.12.1994, a copy of Krantirpi was also received. Many congratulations for swelling this timeless book. Birsa Munda was born after the birth of Mahatma Gandhi, but on the same grounds on which Birsa opposed the government on the basis of non-violence and non-cooperation, Mahatma Naushi criticized Birsa. Twenty-two years after his death, he fought against the British rule. In fact, it would be said to be a God given quality for an illiterate person from a remote village. There is still a lot of research work left about Birsa. I hope you are definitely paying attention to this. With the sentiments of the book and good wishes for the New Year.

My friend Shri Shivavatar Chaudhary ji told me last year that he is composing a Prabandha Kavya on the biography of Munda Shaheed Birsa. I also wrote a book on the biography of this great man, it is in the fort. I had the opportunity to listen to some of Krantirathi's verses. I was very happy to see the manuscript of this poem in the national language Hindi based on the biography of revolutionary Birsa. Choudhary ji deserves congratulations for this poem written in easy and interesting verse. Friendship, I wish that this work of Choudhary ji becomes popular.

I am very happy to see the management work named Kut Krantisthi by the famous social worker and journalist Shri Shivvatar Choudhary, who has been working in the tribal area for many years. Here, many works on revolutionary Birsa have been published in the last three decades. In Indian languages as well as in foreign languages, most of the works have not reached the common man due to being research oriented. Among the literary works till now, most of the songs and poems have been written. As a result, Birsa's life has not been presented in its completeness. I am confident that the Prabandhakavya presented by Choudhary ji will fill this gap. The poet deserves congratulations for this important contribution to the richness of Indian literature. I have known Shri Shiv Avtar Chaudhary Shivaji as an experienced advocate, jounalist and social worker since my student days. Despite being a busy lawyer, Choudhary ji has rendered and continues to render services in the appropriate social, educational and political fields through his versatile abilities. He has contributed in the construction of Khunti High School, Birsa College Khunti and Sub-Divisional Library. He has been the founder secretary of Chhoti College and later Birsa College, Khunti. During the stormy days of 1977, he was the President of Janata Party Khunti and later in Khunti notified area, he did a lot of work in the upliftment of this area. Krantisthi has given the biography of immortal martyr Dirsa Bhagwan in poetic form. Going to set a record. Hope that this poetry will create its own saga in Hindi language. I hope that in future literary works, Choudhary ji will also take up his writings on other personalities of Vananchal.
