St Georges School is a co-educational, independent, Anglican day school for primary and intermediate years.[1] The school motto is "Fidus Et Audax" which means Faithful and Daring in Latin. St George's was founded in 1927 by the Whanganui College Board [2] The current headmaster is Julie Fahey and deputy headmaster is Ben Milward
