"Stronger" is a song by British pop group S Club 7, recorded for their third studio album Sunshine, which was released on 26 November 2001. The electronic Gallic-disco song features Tina Barrett providing lead vocals,[1] and was written by the group, Simon Ellis, Ryan Molloy, and co-produced by Jewels & Stone, alongside Ellis.
The song was initially rumoured to be the follow-up single to "You" and remixes for the song were sent to clubs and radio stations. However, the release was cancelled due to Paul Cattermole's departure from the band and only CD versions of the remixes were released in limited numbers[2].
On 5 January 2024, an EP of the song was released for the first time with brand new official artwork on all digital platforms,[1] and consisted of five remixes, featuring DJs like Flip & Fill and Solar8.[1] The EP does not consist of the album version of the track.

Other appearances[edit]
Despite the song not being released as a single, it became a fan favourite,[4] featuring for the first time in the "Alone Again" episode of the Hollywood 7 series. The song was then performed by the group during the Carnival Tour in 2002, the Bring It All Back tour in 2015, and most recently at the Good Times tour which took place in the UK and Ireland in 2023, and in North America in 2024.[5] Barrett's lead vocal performance on the song was described as stupendously vibrant in a review of the tour.[6]
The ATFC Twelvetoten Vocal remix also features on the compilation album, Essential S Club 7, which was released on 9 July 2021.[7]An edit of the album version of the song was included in the "Don't Stop Movin' Megamix", which was released digitally on 3 November 2023.[8]
