The Student Council Alliance of the Philippines (SCAP) is an alliance of student councils, student organizations, and student political parties in the Philippines established in June of 1996.^[1]

SCAP advocates for students' rights and welfare (STRAW),^[2]^[3] education reforms^[4] and student participation in education governance,^[5] and other youth and student related issues,^[6]^[7] it is part of International Union of Socialist Youth (IUSY).^[8]
