Suresh Chandra Dumka or (S.C. Dumka) born 14 November 1975 is a advocate at the Hon'ble High Court of Uttarakhand, Nainital. From February 2019, Mr. Dumka is appointed as the Standing Counsel of Government of India at the Uttarakhand High Court to represent the union government in matter relating to fundamental rights, electoral reforms, criminal law and policy issues and then from 2023 he is appointed as Assistant Government Advocate for the State Govt. of Uttarakhand to represents it at Hon'ble Uttarakhand High Court in all the Criminal Nature cases. Currently he is also an Advocate for Sainik School, Ghorakhal.

Dumka specialises in criminal law, white-collar crimes, cyber frauds, service and company matters etc..[6] He studied law at the S.S.J. Campus, Almora where he completed his LLB in 2003.

Dumka has several time appointed as Amicus Curiae in several High Profile Criminal cases and he has also represented various banks, municipal corporations, and govt. boards before various courts. Dumka is also a member of High Court Bar Association, Nainital.
