T&R Recordings is an independent music recording label and audio/video production company founded in 2015 in Dayton, Ohio.[1] It operates as a division of T&R Digital LLC, a small marketing consulting agency that offers creative digital marketing, branding strategies, and web and graphic design through visual and personal communication.[2]

T&R Recordings was founded in 2015 by Justin Rissmiller, a personal branding expert who owns and operates parent company T&R Digital LLC, which comprises T&R Recordings and T&R Solutions. Rissmiller holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership and two Associate degrees in Business and Mathematics from Wright State University.[citation needed] The company aims to find talented artists and filmmakers to represent and promote their works worldwide.[citation needed] T&R Recordings has established itself as an independent production company and record label that supports and promotes the development of music and film.[3][4]
