Selected Episodes

[edit]

Artificial Dreams

[edit]

The dream incubation technology, for instance, is nothing new, and yet, the remote devices used sending artificial visual signs to stimulate the brain regions associated with the free-flow with fictions are relatively new, with the cognitive devices advertised by firms and institutes. An easy convenient way for brain-washing, in brief. There are lots of political and health issues with forms of using smart devices in torture for total mind control. The obvious constraint of the number of artificially constructed fictions is their prescriptions, ideological, political, and economical interests of firms, governments, militaries, or institutions.

Proxy Wars

[edit]

Proxy wars, the virus of disbelief, climate crises. The War in Ukraine and Israel-Hamas War, are even more symptomatic than naivety of the idea of suggesting conceptual resolutions for the left and to the liberal democracy. The symptom is neoliberalism itself reforming as more a leak than a “new form” into possible political and economic orders and their glocality, chauvinism that looks more regressive, more feudal than liberal.

Single Origin

[edit]

“Wake up”: Buy the product but not the ideology.

Messianism

[edit]

All religions, Mari Ruti expressed in Distillations (2018), represent the affective unusual in their ideal of the good and the evil in which the extreme excludes the other from the ideal of values: tradition, culture, custom. Messianism is the intellectualized mode of reincarnating and reincorporating the spirit in the religious myths of messiahs, or the “false messiahs”, for Christopher Hitchens (God is not Great, 2007), who will set free all the oppressed. Though there is no law in the first world for the atheist discrimination, the religiosity is beyond the legal order and God’s law reserves the rightful land in the heavens for there is no legal property rights. The method is a mode of messianism for the good and exorcism for the evil, awarded with martyrdom. The entrenched sense of entitlement.

The Cougher

[edit]

Coughing is not a language. Meanings of cough, however, are not constrained by any language. They might imply authoritative illusions. The pronunciation of the cougher has such a connotation for Islam: The Cougher, the Kafir. The Cougher the Disbeliever, Non-Muslim Blacks, the Unbelievers, the Sworn Enemy of Islam. There’s a chapter for kafirs in the Quran: Surah al-Kafirun.

Neoinquisitional Mindsets

[edit]

The description of the term “neoinquisitional mindsets” cited in the episode Existential Threats. The 21st century neoinquisition is not a limited to the monotheistic religion. It has influenced seculars and even leftists as well. Indeed, Richard Dawkins questioned in 2023 if the Woke counts as a “new” religion[2], pointing to the default irrationalities of it, rooted in politics and liberal ideologies around what is embraced as the Woke. The decade that followed Dawkins’ The God Delusion (2006) continued with more demonizations along with the rise of the right-wing compared to the New Atheism.

The Israeli Dissensus

[edit]

Israel’s real complex: Sigmund Freud and Moses and Monotheism (1939). Religions, prophets, and fictions cannot be scientific methods.

Freudian Theory

[edit]

Presence and absence in psychoanalytic theory, the return of the repressed, and the myths of Sigmund Freud’s daughter Anna Freud.
