Tropical Storm Kong-rey, known in the Philippines as Tropical Storm Nando, was a weak tropical storm which impacted the Philippines, Taiwan, China, Japan, and South Korea during August 2013. The fifteenth named storm and eight severe tropical storm of the 2013 Pacific typhoon season.
