Tyrone Rasheed is an African American photographer. Rasheed was a longtime photographer at Ebony magazine and is a member of the New Harlem Renaissance Photographers collective based in New York. At the Schomburg Center in 2011, among 24 other members, Rasheed displayed their work in the inaugural exhibit Harlem Views/Diasporan Visions: The New Harlem Renaissance Photographers.^[1] He has been noted next to photographers Fred Watkins and Val Goodloe for outstanding visual contributions to African American Culture.^[2]

Before his work for the Johnson Publishing Company, Rasheed worked for Jim Hadley, K&L Color Lab, Joe Harris, and at Time Inc.^[3]
