Draft:William B. Rose

William B. Rose (1862 – January 16, 1946)^[1] was a justice of the Nebraska Supreme Court from 1909 to 1943.

Born in Mercer County, Pennsylvania, to James and Catherine Brandon Rose, he "studied law in the office of a prothonotary in Mercer" before moving to Nebraska in 1889.^[1]

In 1908, Rose was one of four justices appointed to newly created seats on the court.^[2]
