William Francis Lockwood (April 1, 1822 – February 9, 1901)[1] was a member of the Nebraska Territory House of Representatives in 1860, and a justice of the Territorial Nebraska Supreme Court from 1861 to 1867.

Born in Norwalk, Connecticut.

He was a probate judge in Ohio from 1854 to 1856.
