Focus (possible fork issues)
[edit]@Another Believer: While I love the idea for this article, it's currently intensely focused on the opening ceremony of the 2024 Games, with brief mentions of the closing ceremony of the 2000 Games and some Olympians involved with RuPaul's Drag Race. Of course, the attention given to the Paris opening ceremony went into much more detail, but I wouldn't say it necessarily got a lot more attention overall than the Priscilla act did. In the same way, I don't think it would be false balance to have the article be more about other things/less about the Paris opening ceremony. Otherwise, it's effectively a fork of the 2024 opening ceremony article, which we shouldn't have.
Another side issue is again that the article does not really discuss drag and the Olympic Games as a topic (which is really needed for N), but is more of a 'list of times drag and the Olympics have intersected'. The balance may naturally improve itself if content about the topic is expanded. Kingsif (talk) 11:26, 17 August 2024 (UTC)
- Thanks for the feedback, but I'm not sure what to say. You and any other editors are welcome to make improvements or propose changes! I'd love to see this entry expanded. ---Another Believer (Talk) 15:45, 17 August 2024 (UTC)
