Blessed Carlo picture

Hey, I used a picture on Wikipedia today. It was a picture of Blessed Carlo Acutis. It was deleted from my page and said that I can only use it in an article. Not sure exactly what that means. I thought that all the pages on Wikipedia were articles. But I'm probably wrong, lol. I added a new picture from a public domain website. Is that good?
