Ruy Campos Dugone (born September 24, 1963) is an Argentinian naval officer, systems engineer, environmentalist, and entrepreneur. Since 2022, he has served as the Executive Director of Green Cross United Kingdom [1] (Green Cross UK) in favor of the environment and communities. Based in the United Kingdom, is one of the Green Cross International [2] member organizations around the World. Ruy Campos Dugone in his role is an international Affiliate of Global Green USA [3].

Ruy is pursuing his PHD in Environmental Project Management in UNINI PR [4], has a Master in Business Administration in ESAN University [5], is a System Engineer and a Naval Officer (RN) from Argentina.
Professional career[edit]
Ruy is a recognized professional specialized in issues related to Sustainable Development, mainly Energy Transition and Global Change - focused on Climate Change.

Private Sector
In the Private Sector, Ruy has been working in executive international positions for J.D. Edwards, Computer Associates, Shristi Corp., India Power Corp., SunEdison, Quantum Group and Solarcentury, mainly in SE Asia, Africa and Latin America. In this sector he has led mega projects focused on sustainable practices, particularly in renewable energy, eco-mining and regenerative agriculture.
Third Sector
In the Third Sector, since 2009 Ruy has collaborated with Green Cross - NGO founded by Nobel Peace Prize laureate Mikhail Gorbachev in 1993, focused on Environmental and Social Sustainable Development -. Currently is leading the chapter of Green Cross in the United Kingdom.
