[edit]This article should not be speedy deleted as lacking sufficient context to identify its subject, because... there is information in beginning paragraph about the content of the article. It is very notable, featuring a hand drawn depiction of Queen Elizabeth I of England. This book was actually dedicated to her and handed to her personally.
