ECXX is a cryptocurrency exchange based in Singapore. It was founded in 2018 for trading digital assets and securities.[1]

History

[edit]

In October 2019, ecxx integrated with Singapore's MyInfo for streamlined user identity verification, enhancing security and compliance for its users.[2]

In December 2020, ecxx.com announced a strategic collaboration with UOB-Kay Hian to offer securitized token offerings (STOs). This partnership aimed to enhance the offering of digitized securities and asset tokenization.[3][4]

In 2021, ecxx.com received significant recognition from the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). The platform was granted a Recognized Market Operator (RMO) license, allowing it to operate as a regulated digital asset exchange.[5][6][7][8][9][10]

In 2023, ecxx.com raised significant funds to further develop its platform and expand its market presence.[11][12]

Partnerships and collaborations

[edit]

ecxx.com has established various partnerships to expand its services and enhance its platform. Notably, its collaboration with UOB Kay Hian has been instrumental in advancing the securitized token offerings market.[13]

In 2023, ecxx.com also announced a strategic partnership with Constreet Partners to advance asset tokenization and digitized securities.[14]

Regulatory compliance

[edit]

ecxx.com has been proactive in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The platform's RMO license from MAS is a testament to its commitment to operating within the legal framework and providing a secure trading environment for its users.[15]
