Enoch Atakorah (born 18 October 1988), is a Ghanaian filmmaker, film producer and production manager.[1][2][3]

Early life

Enoch Atakorah was born and raised at Adansi Dompoase. He attended Most High primary school and secondary education at Dompoase Senior High School, he attended the National Film and Television Institute (NAFTI), majoring in film Artistic.

Career

He found his passion for production while in the university. After his University Education, he formed the Holy Fame Production Company[4] and started full movie production in Ghallywood with a debut movie in 2013 titled Victim, a film he produced starring Jackie Appiah, Prince David Osei, Christabel Ekeh.[5][6] In 2014, he produced the drama movie Before Noon that stars Prince David Osei, Bismark Nii Odoi, Toosweet Annan, Christabel Ekeh, John Dumelo which was directed by Samuel Owusu Asare and written by Nana Ananse Ntentan.[7] In 2015, he produced a movie titled "Royal Diadem". A movie that focuses on the bad and ugly sides of the African who would do anything to gain power. It featured other prominent Ghanaian actors, most notably Kofi Adjorlolo and David Dontoh.[8] Atakorah switched to associate producer for a number of films later in his career after serving as Production Manager for Zylofone Media.[9][10] His associate production credits included The Nanny in 2021, When Hearts Whisper in 2022, Stitches in 2021, Unexpected in 2022.

He is a recipient of Best Location Manager, Ghana Film and Television Crew Awards 2016.[13] In 2023, he received a SDTA Award for Supreme African Filmmarker of the Decade.[14]
