Fernandez Hospital is a premier speciality Hospital for women and newborns in Hyderabad established in 1948. It has been providing efficient, reliable and personalized health care of a very high professional level for over 70 years.

History[edit]

FERNANDEZ HOSPITAL began as a small maternity clinic in 1948, systematically progressing into a full-fledged women's hospital. With a reputation built over seven decades, the Hospital presently comprises five strategic locations in Hyderabad – all focusing on efficient, reliable, and personalised healthcare to women and newborns. Their Bogulkunta and Hyderguda facilities are both NABH accredited and between them handle nearly 9000 deliveries a year.

They have dedicated teams of obstetricians, midwives, physicians, neonatologists, gynaecologists, and anaesthesiologists to handle the comprehensive in-house facilities. Together with specialists in other disciplines like nephrology, endocrinology, cardiology, etc, the teams provide complete healthcare under one roof.

The hospital is under the care of their daughter Dr. Evita Fernandez and her talented and able team of doctors, since 1985.
