Hi, this is not a photo of USS Northampton. This ship has four turrets, two forward and two aft. The Northampton class had triple turrets. Also, the aft most turret has two guns and the #3 turret has three guns. Only the Pensacola class cruisers had this gun configuration and they had quadruple turrets. I believe this is actually a photograph of the USS Salt Lake City.
