Frank Palmer (rugby union)

Frank Cyril Palmer ((1896-06-26)26 June 1896, Swansea - 16 October 1925(1925-10-16) (aged 29), Swansea) was a Welsh rugby union player. He played for the Wales rugby union team.[1] He was raised in Swansea as the second son of Sidney Palmer (1864 - 1914) a master baker and confectioner originally from Somerset, and his wife Sarah nee Wilkinson (1865-1946) the daughter of a confectioner in Nelson Lancashire.
