Heather Longstaffe is a Canadian singer-songwriter from Winnipeg, Manitoba, currently based in Los Angeles, California.[1]

In 2011 she won the Radio Star National Songwriting Competition[2] and signed with EMI Music Publishing.[3] Heather Longstaffe performed at the Canadian Country Music Association Songwriters' Series in 2012[4] and 2014.[5]

After years writing songs for artists such as Jordan McIntosh,[6] and Madeline Merlo.[7] 2015 saw Longstaffe release music under her own name with TTA Music,[8] and "Slingshot" was subsequently nominated for a Manitoba Country Music Association Award.[9] After performing with Dallas Smith[10] and touring with Emerson Drive,[11] her songs "Jack Daniels" and "Rooftops" broke through on Canadian radio[12] and SiriusXM,[13] repeatedly winning listener opinion polls.[14]

Longstaffe has been a volunteer with Musicians On Call, bringing live music to the bedsides of patients in healthcare facilities.[15]
