"I Love You, I'm Sorry" is a song by American singer-songwriter Gracie Abrams from her second studio album, The Secret of Us (2024). The song was written by Abrams and Aaron Dessner, with production handled by Abrams, Dessner, and Audrey Hobert. A music video for the song premiered on July 17, 2024.

The song was co-written and produced with longtime collaborator Aaron Dessner, with additional contributions from Audrey Hoberts. The title bears a resemblance to Abrams' earlier well-known track, "I Miss You, I'm Sorry", released on April 8, 2020. On October 11, 2024, Abrams released the Vevo Live performance on all streaming platroms.[1]

Commercial performance

Despite not being released as a single, "I Love You, I'm Sorry" has achieved significant success. In North America, it debuted at number 83 on the Billboard Hot 100 for the week ending August 17, 2024, marking Abrams' fifth entry to the chart, following "Everywhere, Everything", "Close to You", "Risk", and "Us". Later, it rose to its current peak position of 31.[2] In Canada, the song reached number 22 on the Canadian Hot 100 for the week ending October 19, 2024.[3] "I Love You, I'm Sorry" peaked at number 11 on the UK Singles Chart.[4] Elsewhere, the song charted in the top 50 in several countries, including New Zealand,[5] Australia,[6] and Ireland.[7]

The song debuted at number 141 on the Billboard Global 200 chart for the week of August 17, 2024, and later climbed to its peak position of 20 on the week ending October 19, 2024.[8]
