Ian Robinson is a former professional rugby league footballer who played in the 1970s and 1980s. He played at club level for Hull Kingston Rovers, as a fullback or centre.[1]

Ian Robinson appeared as a substitute (replacing Prop Peter Johnston on 74-minutes) in the 8-11 defeat by Wigan in the 1985–86 John Player Special Trophy Final during the 1985–86 season at Elland Road, Leeds on Saturday 11 January 1986.[2]
