Early life Career[edit]

Ojalvo began his career at Disc Makers, a company that produced CDs for independent artists and labels.[6] He then moved to Fluidity, a fitness brand, where he led operations, and later to Bolt, an early social networking site, where he was in charge of business development.[7][8] In 2003, Ojalvo moved to London to join The Orchard, a digital music distributor.[9] He later became the global head of marketing and business development for the company, expanding its distribution and retail partnerships.[9]

While at Amazon, he founded and ran Audiobook Creation Exchange (ACX),[12][13] an online marketplace that connects authors, narrators, and publishers to produce audiobooks.[14][15]

In 2017, Ojalvo relocated to Los Angeles to become the CEO of Adventures in Wonderland, a company that creates events for fans to connect with musicians.[16][17] He was hired to explore new verticals in sports, film, television, comedy, and more for the company, which was co-founded by actor and musician Jared Leto.[17][18]

In 2018, Ojalvo was appointed the CEO of Tushy.[19][20] During the Coronavirus pandemic, he oversaw the company's response to a surge of demand for Tushy's bidet.[21][22][1][23]
