Jenah District (Persian: بخش جناح) is in Bastak County, Hormozgan province, Iran. Its capital is the city of Jenah.^[3]

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 22,116 in 4,607 households.^[4] The following census in 2011 counted 27,410 people in 6,204 households.^[5] At the latest census in 2016, the district had 23,574 inhabitants in 6,239 households.^[2]

After the census, the village of Henguiyeh was elevated to the status of a city.^[6]
