Kabgan Rural District (Persian: دهستان كبگان) is in Kaki District of Dashti County, Bushehr province, Iran.[3] Its capital is the village of Ziarat.

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the rural district's population was 4,850 in 1,138 households.[4] There were 5,096 inhabitants in 1,365 households at the following census of 2011.[5] The 2016 census measured the population of the rural district as 4,657 in 1,418 households. The most populous of its 27 villages was Ziarat, with 699 people.[2]
