Kottagulli Bhagya Lakshmi (born 1984) is an Indian politician from Visakhapatnam district, Andhra Pradesh.

Early life and education[edit]

She is born in Paderu, Visakhapatnam. Her father Kottagulli Chittinaidu is a farmer. She completed her M.Sc. in 2006 from Andhra University.[1] She is married to Narasinga Rao.[2] She has a son, Vivek Vardham, and daughter, Jasmitha Sree.

Political career[edit]

She was elected[3][4] to the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly representing YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) in the 2019 Assembly election and is currently serving as the Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) from the ST-reserved Paderu constituency of Visakhapatnam district. She is one among the 12 woman MLAs elected to the AP Legislative assembly.[5]
