Cartwright finished first in the 2014 World Poker Championship Event #4 for $360,435.[2]
Cartwright won the Pro-Amateur Mississippi Championship in 2012 ($107,922),[3] 2017 ($118,332),[4] and 2019 ($198,451);[5] the Pro-Amateur Missouri Championship in 2011 ($142,290);[6] and finished second in the Pro-Amateur North Carolina Championship in 2018 ($192,459).[7]

Cartwright plays an aggressive game mixed with a high frequency of steals and resteals making it well implemented with a big stack – which was clearly evident in his bracelet win.[2]
