Early life and works

[edit]

Born in Zurich, Switzerland, Martin never let her learning disability, or her physical problems get her down.[1] At the age of 16 she learned to work on it. She has read more than 252 books and applied them in her daily life. She has been practicing meditation and Tibetan practices for over 7 years.[1]

Martin co-authored her first book, 31 Bridges, with her brother, Oliver Martin.[2] The book was published in 2022.[2] Her second book, Living in a Toxic World, published in 2024, delves deeply into the various ways the environment and society affect humans and explores strategies to remain resilient in an often toxic world.[3]
