Le Mesnil-Esnard (French pronunciation: [lə menil enaʁ]) is a commune in the Seine-Maritime department in the Normandy region in northern France.
Geography
[edit]A small suburban town of light industry and farming, situated just 3 miles (4.8 km) southeast of the centre of Rouen at the junction of the D6015 and the D138 roads.
