Swiss International Air Lines is the launch operator of the A220.

The following is a list of current operators of the Airbus A220 family aircraft in production by Airbus Canada Limited Partnership (ACLP), a joint venture between Airbus and Investissement Québec.[1]

Summary[edit]

As of March 2024, there are 326 A220 family aircraft in commercial service with 21, including 1 undisclosed operator. The five largest A220 operators are Delta Air Lines (69), airBaltic (47), Air Canada (33), Air France (32) and Swiss International Air Lines (30).[1][2]

Former operators[edit]

Air Sinai operated two A220-300s of EgyptAir between December 2019 and May 2021, and then begun flying for Nigeria's Ibom Air.[24][25] EgyptAir will phase out all of its A220 fleet and sell it to Azorra Aviation before the end of the year.[26]

Future operators[edit]

In 2022, Airbus announced that Croatia Airlines signed an order for six A220-300s scheduled for delivery in 2024 with the option of ordering additional nine in 2025.[27]
