  1. ^ Disputed with Pico Simón Bolívar as Colombia's highest mountain.
  2. ^ The true summit of Mount Roraima is in Venezuela. A point on the Venezuela-Guyana border is the highest point in the latter, nearby the Venezuela-Guyana-Brazil tripoint.
  3. ^ Paget is the highest mountain in South Georgia and is the highest peak of any British territory excluding Antarctic claims, and is higher than Ben Nevis in Scotland.
