Maroof (Faizabad) (Urdu: معروف) is a village situated alongside Jalalpur–Gujrat Road in the district of Gujrat, Pakistan. It was inhabited by muslims of subcontinent in 17th century. Village Maroof carries a rich historical and cultural legacy that dates back centuries.
