This is part of a proposal to change the wording of the watchlist legend abbreviation descriptions and to add an underline to the letter being used as the abbreviation. See Template_talk:Watchlist_legend#Suggestion_to_trim_the_descriptions for the discussion that lead to this request. Please note that I was unable to find the corresponding Mediawiki pages for "edits marked for review" and "edits made at Wikidata" (MediaWiki:recentchanges-legend-review, MediaWiki:recentchanges-legend-Wikidata).
For this description, I suggest that the following description:
- This edit created a new page
be changed to:
