Michael J. Borgschulte (born c. 1969) is a United States Marine Corps major general who serves as the commanding general of the 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing. He previously served as the director of manpower management of the Marine Corps.[1][2]

In March 2023, Borgschulte was nominated for promotion to lieutenant general and assignment as deputy commandant for manpower and reserve affairs.[3][4]
