Progress[edit]

@Cards84664:I have renamed the module from Trainlink to TrainLink - and I hope I have fixed all the ramifications from this. Besides Strathfield railway station which you updated, I have also done Emu Plains railway station and Penrith railway station, Sydney as well as some fine tuning I have done to both modules and added some more stations. What has me intrigued is that when I check what links to this module there are two stations listed Newcastle Interchange and User:Dave Rave/Gunning railway station which I dont understand why they are there. And for Module:Adjacent stations/Sydney Trains every Sydney station is transcluded - I have no idea where that is from. The next step is to add some more lines to both modules which I should be able to do. I will also try to create a module for Sydney Metro when I get around to it - I may need to call on you for help if I can not get it to work.Fleet Lists (talk) 05:18, 12 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

@Fleet Lists: Since we are in transition, infobox features currently overlap. The few stations using | style = NSW TrainLink and all the stations using | style = Sydney Trains in infobox station, since the names match exactly, call on Template:NSW TrainLink style and Module:Adjacent stations/NSW TrainLink simultaneously. For example, the module called on those stations when you moved it from Trainlink to TrainLink. The module can support infobox styles, but dual-compatibility is an easier way to eventually phase out the style templates. Cards84664 05:39, 12 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
@Cards84664:I just noticed that in all the stations defined with Style = Sydney Trains such as Punchbowl railway station, and Newcastle Interchange the style statement is no longer working. In the case of the latter if I change it to Style = NSW TrainLink intercity it does work. Has that been caused by this? Fleet Lists (talk) 09:57, 13 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
@Fleet Lists: Here is that dual compatibility I was talking about. I have no clue what is suppressing Template:Sydney Trains style, so I injected the style on the module instead. Cards84664 01:06, 14 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Oh, it seems that the Module is the default, so I will do the same on the NSW module as well. Cards84664 01:09, 14 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
@Cards84664:Thank You - I had stopped doing any conversions until that was resolved. I have just done Mount Victoria railway station which like Broken Hill railway station yesterday, contains the module for Journey Beyond which someone else had already included in all stations except the New South Wales ones. That leaves Central railway station, Sydney as the only station which now needs to be done for that. But as that is a big one I may just do Journey Beyond there by itself.Fleet Lists (talk) 01:27, 14 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Southern Highlands Line[edit]

For those after the official color for the Southern Highlands Line, it is   #00954c NOT   #008846. It was changed to achieve WCAG 2 AA compliance large and small, and 2 AAA compliance (large only) per MOS:CONTRAST. -- ThylacineHunter (talk) 12:39, 10 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
